As Store Manager of the Green Hills location you will be the driving force behind one of the busiest stores in the region. You will take ownership of everything from the sales floor to the stockroom creating a space where your team feels inspired and your customers walk out looking and feeling their best. You will be hands-on setting the tone for service, style and energy while making sure the store hits its numbers and runs smoothly day to day. What You Will Get Up To
Lead a team who are just as passionate about style and service as you are Be front and centre on the shop floor creating a fun and upbeat atmosphere Drive sales and KPIs while coaching your team to achieve their goals Build future leaders by training, mentoring and recognising talent Keep the store looking sharp through strong VM and stock management Nail the behind-the-scenes essentials: rostering, compliance and operations Experience Checklist
Previous store management experience in apparel, footwear or lifestyle retail A proven ability to drive sales, smash KPIs and lift team performance Strong people leadership with a focus on mentoring and succession planning Confidence in stock flow, visual merchandising and operational standards A genuine passion for fashion and an ability to connect with a trend-conscious customer base What’s Next?
