ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Site Supervisor, you will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for supervising all on site construction operations. You will manage commercial fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet WHS compliance standards and are delivered on time. You'll work alongside a supportive and well resourced team, including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain WHS management and compliance across sites
* Manage subcontractors and project schedules
* Focus on structures, finishes, and quality control in commercial fit-outs
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and ongoing team guidance
* Manage specialist subcontractors such as remediation or fit-out trades
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Trade qualification
* Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects
* Strong expertise in finishes, remediation, or specialist subcontractor management
* Demonstrated stability and reliability with previous employers
