Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will be a key source of knowledge to the business providing commercially astute advice across all Schindler processes, products, and services. You will be working with some of Australia’s most well known construction & facilities management businesses such as Lend Lease, Multiplex & Brookfield in construction through to Charter Hall, AMP, Westfield, Myer, David Jones, Target to name just a few.You will need to have previous experience as a Senior Contracts Admin in a commercial environment through the full life cycle from drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts through to managing disputes. You will need experience at focusing on commerciality and acceptable levels of risk within the appetite of the business and taking a real world approach to each transaction applying a commercial lens.
