* Design customer journeys that align with partner ecosystems
* Promote seamless onboarding and activation of end customers
* Foster existing relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and revenue generation
* Craft comprehensive playbooks and commercial models
* Mentor sales performance of the partnerships team
Requirements
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a data-driven approach
* Proven track record in managing complex B2B partnerships across the full lifecycle
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiation
* Ability to engage C-Suite stakeholders and influence decision-making
* Deep knowledge of international payment flows and/or foreign exchange markets
* Expertise in guiding clients through API integrations
* Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving business growth
