Working closely with the Events Operations Manager, you'll oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery of events while maintaining the highest service standards and operational efficiency.Where you'll make an impactOversee the preparation, planning, and execution of all eventsLiaise with clients, event organisers, and internal departments to deliver seamless experiencesAssist in rostering, stock control, requisitions, and operational logisticsMaintain compliance with WH&S; and liquor legislation across all eventsSupport and mentor Events Operations Supervisors to drive service excellenceConduct pre-event staff briefings and post-event debriefings to ensure continuous improvementCollaborate with chefs, coordinators, and management teams to deliver exceptional outcomesEnsure all equipment, freight, and hire requirements are managed effectively and on timeWhat we're looking forYou're an experienced events professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
