Banks Benchtops and Royal Victoria Collection (RVC) are Queensland's leading engineered stone benchtop supplier and fabricator, operating across five sites with over 90 staff. We work with builders, designers, and architects across Southeast Queensland and are investing heavily in our sales, marketing, and CRM capability — with HubSpot at the centre of that growth.
The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced HubSpot consultant and trainer to upskill our CEO and staff across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub — and to help us get more out of the platform. This isn't just about training basics; we want someone who can assess where we are, train our people properly, and advise on what we should be doing better. If you're passionate about helping businesses use HubSpot to its full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for help with
* Training our CEO and leadership on using HubSpot for sales visibility, pipeline management, and reporting
* Group training for sales and marketing staff on day-to-day HubSpot use — contacts, deals, sequences, email marketing, and automation
* A review of our current HubSpot setup and honest recommendations on where we can improve
* Best practice guidance on how businesses like ours should be using HubSpot to drive sales and marketing outcomes
* Practical reference materials — SOPs, quick guides, or cheat-sheets the team can use independently
You'll be a great fit if you
* Have hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and/or Marketing Hub
* Have delivered training to a mix of executive, sales, and marketing audiences
* Hold HubSpot certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
* Can assess a business's CRM usage and identify practical, high-impact improvements
* Communicate clearly with non-technical people — you make things simple, not complicated
* Are based in Southeast Queensland or can deliver sessions remotely
* Have experience in trade, construction, B2B, or similar industries (a bonus, not a requirement)
