Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent customer service to members and guests at all times.
* Bar service and glass collection.
* Replenish food and beverage products effectively.
* Provide café duties including barista, drink service, and food preparation.
* Assist with functions and events as required.
* Cash handling and register operation.
* General cleaning duties.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar hospitality role. Outstanding communication and customer service skills are essential. A strong work ethic, ability to work in a team environment, and personal grooming standards are required.
