Your Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your new role will see you working Monday to Friday commencing at 8.30am, adhering to growing the service / aftermarket portfolio of clients for a leading compressor manufacturer. Your role will ultimately see you visiting clients and on the road most of the time. You will identify, win and develop service and maintenance contracts.
You will be pivotal to business success by ensuring client growth, managing your designated region autonomously, and maintaining strong customer service rates (NPS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Focusing on 70% new clients and 30% existing account management;
2. Converting existing contracts into a regular preventative maintenance scheme, and signing service contracts with new clients;
3. Maintain strong market knowledge of aftermarket / service industry along with key industry events and association bodies;
4. Relative quoting, reporting, and analysis as needed;
5. Provide support to Customer Service Managers, Sales Specialists, Internal Personnel & alike;
6. Regional visits as needed to ensure capitalisation on market share.
What You Need to Succeed:
1. 3-4 + years proven technical sales background (within spare parts / aftermarket, compressor industry will be viewed as highly advantageous);
2. Ability to be fully flexible and committed to developing your region requirements including driving regional customer growth;
3. Strong analytical skills & business acumen – prioritising customer satisfaction aligned with growth figures;
4. Hunter mentality and growth mindset, driven to pursue market knowledge by attending events, being customer facing and looking to grow your career in a business that offers ample opportunity for development.
