A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout guest rooms and public areas. The role plays a vital part in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms
* Making beds and replenishing linens and towels
* Restocking guest amenities and supplies
* Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
* Cleaning public areas as required
* Reporting maintenance issues or damages
* Following health and safety procedures
* Working efficiently to meet daily room targets
Skills & Qualities:
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management skills
* Physical fitness (role involves standing, bending, lifting)
* Positive attitude and reliability
Pay: $24.95 – $47.38 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
