The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain business equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and phone systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software of business equipment.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment.
* Respond to service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Assist in training clients on how to operate and maintain equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
Requirements
* Prior experience in technical support or related field is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to train motivated candidates.
* Familiarity with business equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and phone systems is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license (for on-site service calls).
