About the role
We are seeking a Sales administrator to join our Hobart Commercial Sales and Leasing Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role that will see you supporting our sales team preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
* Providing administrative support to the Commercial Sales and Leasing Team throughout the end-to-end sales process
* Preparing marketing materials
* Database management
* General administrative support
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
* Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
* A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
