The Role

Are you looking to leverage your administrative skills in a dynamic and supportive environment?

Our finance team are friendly and calm with a can-do attitude who work effectively together to achieve results.

Every day is unique and your ability to manage priorities is essential for handling of non-routine enquiries. Your high attention to detail enables you effectively process and check standard entries.

Leverage your solid administration skills to make process-driven activities a breeze.

You will need:

* A high attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed and precise work procedures and evaluate work to ensure quality
* To be flexible, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
* Effective listening and be able to find and share information for non-routine enquiries
* Experience drafting correspondence for senior staff involving routine and/ or non-technical matters
* Experience to enter and check standard entries and/ or calculations and handling with basic errors queries
* Be proficient using communication and technology systems

Qualifications & Screening

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
