Do you love the water and enjoy helping people of all ages build confidence, skills and safety in the pool? Cook Shire Council is seeking an enthusiastic Swimming Teacher on a casual basis to join our friendly team at the Cooktown Community Swimming Pool.
About The Role
As a Casual Swimming Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, high‐quality swimming and water safety lessons to children and adults of all abilities. Working alongside our Learn to Swim Coordinator and Swimming Pool Team Leader, you'll help create a safe, inclusive and fun aquatic environment that promotes lifelong water safety skills.

Remuneration: Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream B: Division 2, Section 3) Award – State 2017, Level Swim School Worker Level 1 – $39.82 per hour (includes Casual Loading)
Superannuation: 12% superannuation contributions
