Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong technical and communication skills?

This position involves managing priority incidents with urgency, ensuring accurate records and compliance with SLAs.

As an Incident Management Analyst, you will provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

You will also support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the team lead and process owner.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment with a rotating roster, including staggered start times and 24x7 on-call duties.

* Manage priority incidents with accuracy and timeliness
* Develop and improve SOPs
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Participate in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
