We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Client Consultant to join our team. This role offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to work on exciting residential and development projects from concept through to completion.
You will play a key role in helping clients bring their dream spaces to life. From initial selections to final documentation, you will manage and guide clients through the design and selection process with confidence and care.
* Manage the client selections process, including coordination of external supplier appointments and subsequent documentation.
* Provide expert advice on colour schemes, materials, fittings, and finishes.
* Interpret Architectural, Electrical & Joinery Documents and provide advice/solutions where required.
* Prepare clear and accurate selections documentation, client costing summaries, and electronic variations.
* Collaborate with the broader team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in interior design or client selections.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* High-level attention to detail and a practical understanding of building processes.
* Excellent skills in joinery design and documentation.
* Proficiency in reading architectural and electrical plans.
* Experience with selections documentation, costing, and upgrade estimates.
* Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of Cabinet Vision or SketchUp is a plus but not essential.
