**We're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Supervisor to join our Brickworks QLD team in Rochedale.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service Department at our Rochedale, QLD division, ensuring a consistently high level of service is delivered to all customers. This role also involves fostering strong working relationships with internal departments across all divisions to support Brickworks in delivering superior customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to**
• Lead and inspire the Customer Service Team, supporting multiple Brickworks divisions to ensure exceptional communication with all customers
• Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Team, including safety compliance and training initiatives
• Deliver accurate reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide timely and effective support
• Collaborate with internal departments through clear and professional verbal and written communication
• Manage order bank control to support efficient production scheduling
Success Requirements
• Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, NetSuite (preferred)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
