We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join their Adelaide office and play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure projects across the water, wastewater, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities Lead structural design and analysis for water, wastewater and industrial infrastructure projects Deliver end-to-end project management including design, documentation, and construction/commissioning phase support Develop detailed engineering work packages and provide accurate time-based estimates for deliverables Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes Engage directly with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor to build and strengthen relationships Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional growth and promoting knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications and Skills Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Proven experience in structural engineering design, analysis, and project delivery, particularly in the water/wastewater and industrial sectors Familiarity with Australian standards and requirements for water infrastructure projects Strong documentation, budgeting, and technical reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and communicate effectively A passion for mentoring and a commitment to continuous learning and career development If your interested, submit your CV to Amit Neela on Amit@redpathpartners.com or call 0452 211 480 for a confidential discussion.
