**Your New Role**:
As the **Digital Product Manager**, you will lead the design and delivery on an end-to-end product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for of our new eCommerce and Customer Loyalty platforms for our Retail business.
**The Digital Product Manager will**:
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan within the team.
- Lead the design and delivery on an end-to-end product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for of our new eCommerce and Customer Loyalty platforms for our Retail business.
- Bring together Retail, Logistics, Marketing, Brand and Technology teams and resources to align on prioritisation and feature development that reflect business priorities.
- Ensure the roadmap is executed on time and customer experiences are simple and seamless.
- Figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Leverage customer data from point-of-sale, financial, website and research sources to form actionable insights which to inform decision-making and task prioritisation.
- Define, monitor and measure key customer, digital and efficiency metrics and KPIs to allow for continuous optimisation of our customer experiences.
- Communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders.
- Use metrics, longer-term trends and competitor insights to inform the delivery of optimal experiences and designs.
- Work with agencies, engineers, designers, marketers and other stakeholders to achieve our vision, drive great customer outcomes and ensure our solutions.
- You will also have the opportunity to own various other digital projects and initiatives that support audience engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop an effective and efficient operating model that maintains high standards of experience design, delivery, governance and compliance.
**To be successful, you will need**:
- Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in eCommerce, Customer Loyalty or working as a Product Owner or in product management with a strong knowledge of Product principles.
- Able to write well-defined specifications, user stories, delivery tickets and documentation that clearly communicates expected product outcomes.
- Proven success working with design teams and development teams using agile/scrum methodology.
- Track record of being able to critically analyse data samples and produce sensible insights to fuel product initiatives and prioritisation.
- Robust stakeholder management skills with the potential to maintain relationships and networks both internally on a global scale and with external experts in your field.
- A good understanding of UX Design, Analytics, Optimisation and Content Management.
- Knowledge of Digital Tech Stacks including Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Umbraco, Atlassian and other products.
**Desirable criteria**:
- Experience working in a membership-based organisation to support and empower members and volunteers.
- Exposure to Design Thinking.
- Experience in working within an Agile environment.
- Ability to lead and inspire others in delivering high quality standards and defined outcomes.
- Experience in marketing and communications management for not for profit, disability, or health organisations.
- Experience working within a large and complex organisation.
- Confident communicator that can work across multiple mediums, with both technical and non-technical audiences. Should be able to manage difficult conversations and be able to challenge others.
