Job Description:
Ensure the smooth delivery of warranty and safety compliance activities, including managing defect lists, coordinating trade partners, overseeing WHS and quality control, and supporting the wider construction team.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Manage warranty administration including data entry, defect lists, issuing work orders and coordinating service personnel
* Respond to warranty requests 24 hours
* Schedule and oversee weekly warranty and QA inspections
* Monitor and review contractor and supplier SWMS via software systems
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, codes of practice, and company procedures
* Support direct reports with trade coordination and conflict resolution
* Prepare WHS and warranty performance reports for monthly reviews
* Support construction administration tasks, ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to timeframes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in residential construction, ideally within warranty, maintenance or site supervision roles
Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
Experience with defect management systems or post-handover processes
Confident using software such as BuildPass, Framework or similar systems
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
Strong time management and attention to detail
