We serve more than 20,000 Aboriginal patients across four clinics, delivering culturally responsive primary care, early intervention, chronic disease support and health promotion. As a GP at DYHS, you’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide general practice, health promotion, chronic disease management, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. The Role (Snapshot) : Your work will include leading and mentoring clinical staff and students, helping shape clinical policy, systems & accreditation, ensuring proper Medicare claiming and use of digital health tools, and building relationships with allied health specialists for coordinated care. Registered General Practitioner (AHPRA) Current provider & prescriber numbers FRACGP / FACRRM / vocational registration Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills Cultural awareness and respect for Aboriginal health values Desirable : Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, experience in women’s, children’s or emergency health care; supervisor accreditation; AGPAL understanding.
