In this role, you'll work
one-on-one with clients
, helping them build confidence, independence, and practical life skills. Support is tailored to each person's goals and may include:
* Community participation and social connection
* Using public transport
* Time management and daily routines
* Home maintenance tasks
* Planning and taking holidays
* Building friendships
* Exploring education or employment opportunities
This is a
relationship-based role
focused on encouragement, trust, and positive experiences.
Note:
This role does
not
involve personal care or medication administration.
Hours & Locations
* Shifts available across
various Perth suburbs
* Up to 38 hours per week
available
* Shifts run
3–6 hours
, typically at the
same time each week
* Opportunities for multiple shifts per day
* Weekday and weekend availability required
You'll be supported through a
team-based approach
, with ongoing guidance and training provided.

Requirements
You must have (or be willing to obtain):
* Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check
* CPR Certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle with
comprehensive insurance
Pay & Benefits
This role is covered under
Level 1, Pay Point 3
of the relevant award.
* $35.15
– Weekday
* $38.67
– Weekday evening
* $49.21
– Saturday
* $63.27
– Sunday
* $77.33
– Public Holiday
* $0.99 per kilometre
for required travel during work hours
* 12% superannuation
