We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting an Administration & Concierge Officer.

We are seeking experienced administrators for multiple, full-time opportunities within our centre across both our Administration Officer and Administration – Concierge roles.

The Administration Officer role is a Mon-Fri position, and our Administration Concierge role is a rotating roster across Mon-Sun with both roles based on site at our Melbourne Centre.

The key purpose of the Administration roles is to provide high level administration support to the Centre. You will answer telephone calls professionally, redirecting or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries. You will deliver assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances whilst maintaining the confidentiality, security, privacy and integrity of the operations and communications.

In your new role, you will:

* Provide a range of administrative support services across a range of complex issues to support the Centre and Senior Management Team
* Support day-to-day operations of MTC administration and work together as a cohesive team
* Maintain a high level of customer service by providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to enquiries
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
* Plan and organise your workflow ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Undertake other duties as required of the business or as directed

In addition to the above duties, the Concierge role will be based in the reception area answering calls and attending to visitors to the centre.

To be successful, you will:

* Have demonstrated experience in an administration role
* Have knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* A can-do attitude - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail
* Have a strong focus on customer service
* Adaptable to changing and competing priorities, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Have a First Aid Certificate - HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (including CPR) or willingness to obtain
