We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This part-time role will be based in Tamworth and cover surrounding branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customers as their first point of contact, putting them at the centre of everything we do.
* Identify suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate digital banking options to customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure.
