**About the Opportunity**
SWSLHD Mental Health Service is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication, attention to details, organisational skills and experience in providing high level executive administrative support to Directors.
This position is instrumental in the effective and efficient organisation and management of information/correspondence/files of the Director of Nursing and Director Allied Health, Mental Health Services to a high level and professionalism that supports information flow and informs decision making. The position will be working with a range of stakeholders from all levels of the organisation in a quick paced environment.
**What You'll be Doing**
The Executive Assistant provides a full range of high standard organisational and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Director of Allied Health. The position will also assist with other secretarial and administrative duties within the District Mental Health Executive Unit as required.
This position is instrumental in the effective and efficient organisation and management of information/correspondence/files to a high level and professionalism that supports information flow and informs decision making. The position will be working with a range of stakeholders from all levels of the organisation in a quick paced environment.

**How to Apply**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support, including a proven ability to operate efficiently in an environment requiring confidentiality and discretion in management.
- Proven advanced proficiency in using PC based software - Outlook, MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, Power Point), social media and web content management and experience in the use of electronic records management systems (HPE).
- Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner.
- Demonstrated proficiency in minute taking of executive meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes and action lists.
- Highly developed interpersonal, organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage high level workload with competing priorities and complete tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated ability in critical thinking and initiating actions to complete complex tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate office systems methods and technology with a view of further improving practices.
