As an Associate Director, you will join the Personal Banking Finance team that’s focused on keeping it simple.
In this Associate Director role, you will
* Support divisional reporting (internal and external) and the planning and forecasting process.
* Highly collaborative work to build the Performance and Insights team within Personal Banking Finance.
* Bring together the external & internal environment to highlight performance outcomes across Personal Bank both now and into the future.
What you will bring
* A strategic and open mindset with the ability to form hypotheses around different strategic choices that could be made across Personal Banking to improve performance.
* Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills and ideally some exposure to PowerBI.
* Strong understanding of banking economics, business drivers and performance levers.
* Years of professional experience in finance/accounting, financial services, corporate reporting, risk reporting or data analytics.
* Tertiary qualified (Commerce/Business/Economics, Science, Engineering) along with CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
