Residential Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity
Our company offers a part-time opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager to work on a portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for someone who cannot commit to full-time work but is reliable and passionate about property management.
The Role
* Work alongside our Director managing all aspects of the portfolio.
* Routine inspections of properties to ensure they are in excellent condition.
* Prepare comprehensive ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
* Manage maintenance requests in a timely manner.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise.
* Have access to a full-time assistant to support your work.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months' experience managing a residential property portfolio.
* Current real estate agent's representative or Certificate IV in Property Services.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Proficiency in cloud-based software and the ability to learn quickly.
* Professional personal presentation and a strong work ethic.
* Availability for a part-time role, with potential for full-time opportunities in the future.
* Reliability and effective communication skills.
