Overview
This is a permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight.
About Us
The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than 670,000 Western Australians in its catchment area. Our hospital network provides tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including emergency and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency surgery, general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient services, aged care, palliative care, rehabilitation and women's, children's and neonates services.
EMHS consists of Royal Perth Hospital; Armadale Health Service; Bentley Health Service; Kalamunda Hospital; St John of God Midland Public Hospital and a range of community and population health services.

Position Profile
The Senior Organisational Development Consultant (Workplace Wellbeing) position works collaboratively across the organisation and within the People and Culture team to develop and implement organisational development (OD) strategies, plans, policies and initiatives across the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) to improve organisational culture, capability and performance and assure compliance with legislative requirements.
This Role Will Be Responsible For
Working with the Director Organisational Development on the enhancement and EMHS wellbeing framework.
Secretariat of the Peak Wellbeing Committee ensuring appropriate governance over the workplace wellbeing action plan to effect change and continuous improvement.
Managing the service provision of our employee assistance program and Wellbeing Index, ensuring we leverage available resources to benefit our workforce.
Working with the Learning and Development team to develop learning programs that support the development of skills and capabilities to improve workplace wellbeing.
Developing internal campaigns and workplace initiatives aimed at identification and management of psychological hazards, respect at work and workplace wellbeing.

Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
