Job Description
This is a rewarding opportunity to join the administrative team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba as a Health Information Services Administration Officer.
You will work closely with a supportive team and report directly to the Health Information Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of health information services.
This includes managing databases, responding to general enquiries, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with relevant privacy policies and legislation.
You will also have the opportunity to work on a casual basis, which suits those who require flexibility in their working arrangements.
Requirements
* A strong sense of customer service and ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
* Advanced keyboard skills including word processing and database management.
* Prior experience in an administrative or clerical setting, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
