Meaningful Relationships Coordinator

* This role involves developing, coordinating and leading activities that cater to the social and recreational needs of our residents, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
1. A key responsibility is observing and recording the effectiveness of programs by monitoring residents' ongoing progress and adjusting them as needed. You may also be required to transport residents on outings or attend to personal care needs when necessary.
