Maybe you're a qualified Butcher who would like to move over to a full-time Boning role. As a full-time Beef and Sheep Boner, you will play a vital role in our butchery operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of meat products to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Safely and efficiently boning beef and sheep
What we're looking for
Experienced Beef and Sheep Boners
Butchers interested in learning to become boners
Minimum 2+ years experience working with knives
Ability to meet physical requirements including standing 8+ hours, heavy lifting 20kg+, and cold environment tolerance
