Join a well-established Queensland-based wholesale and trade supplier supporting contractors and commercial clients across the region.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration, ensuring smooth financial operations and strong internal processes. This role offers autonomy, variety, and long-term stability.

Key responsibilities include:

* Accounts receivable & credit control
* Accounts payable & invoice reconciliation
* Payroll processing, superannuation & compliance
* Bank & credit card reconciliations
* MYOB Advanced management & reporting
* Monthly financial & cashflow reporting
* HR administration & onboarding support
* Price list, licensing, and insurance updates
* Supporting stocktake & business operations
About You
* 5+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounts
* Confident using MYOB Advanced
* Strong payroll & ATO knowledge
* Comfortable managing AR, AP & reconciliations
* Highly organised, proactive & detail-focused
* Excel confident and systems-savvy
* Cert IV in Bookkeeping (desirable)
