Qualifications
Advanced clinical, managerial and leadership skills.
Proven ability to lead a team in delivering aged care that is person centred and meets all relevant Aged Care quality standards.
Demonstrated well-developed ability to manage human, material and environmental resources to achieve optimum resident care.
Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence a positive culture in the workplace.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) at Karlarra House will work in partnership with the Facility Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care to residents, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and WACHS Clinical Governance Framework. The position will provide clinical leadership, nursing consultancy and support to the clinical team promoting person-centred, compassionate care to all residents that reflects the WACHS values. Quality Improvement, Performance Management, Customer Focus, Disability Services Act and Confidentiality will be integral throughout the course of their duties.
