THE ROLE
As a Retail Trade Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our trade business - delighting customers with exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring our store runs smoothly.
This hands-on role blends customer service with warehouse responsibilities.
From motivating your team with your passion for sales, to packing orders, managing stock, and loading customer vehicles - you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding Beaumont Tiles experience every time.

YOU
You're motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a team setting.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in trade sales or retail service
- A track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets
- Confidence in communicating with both trade and retail customers
- The role is PPT (20 hours per week) working Monday & Friday 9:15 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
It's also a plus if you're physically capable of lifting up to 25kg, comfortable in a warehouse setting, and hold - or are open to training for - a forklift licence.
