We are looking for two highly motivated individuals with customer service experience to join our small yet dynamic Customer Service team in permanent capacity, based at our Sale Service Centre.
Our team work closely to assist our customers with queries and service needs, ensuring responses are always dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
Your resilience, your ability to adapt quickly and apply your strong interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role you will be a team player and have a proactive and energetic approach to the day.
You will be an active listener with excellent communication skills, and you will enjoy going the extra mile to deliver the highest standards for the customer.

What your day will look like:
Provide quality face to face customer service to internal and external customers
Responding to inbound calls, offering clear and accurate information to assist customers
Complete cashier functions
Update relevant systems and registers
Provide relief at Yarram Service Centre, when required
Key selection criteria:
Experience in managing customer expectations and identifying customer needs.
Experience in conveying a calm and resilient approach when handling customer enquiries.
Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to interact with people at all levels.
Knowledge of general office procedures and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products including the ability to navigate multiple systems and online tools concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to show initiative, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
