Senior People and Culture Specialist
The Australian Government's Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is looking for a skilled People Capability Developer to join its team. The role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining the Commission's People Capability Framework, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, develop capabilities, and create job profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with various divisions and groups across the Commission to identify people capability needs aligned to strategic workforce priorities.
* Lead or facilitate workshops and working groups to develop people capabilities and job profiles.
* Develop and coordinate documentation to support governance approvals for new and updated people capabilities.
* Manage the maintenance of the People Capability library and master list of job profiles.
* Coordinate the approval of new and amended people capabilities with applicable Commission governance committees.
* Implement people capabilities in relevant systems, including the Commission's learning management system and the People Capability database section.
* Lead or contribute to planned evaluation and review cycles for existing people capabilities.
* Develop guidance materials, policies, and procedures related to the People Capability Framework.
* Support the Capability Coordination Assistant Director in delivering strategic workforce capability initiatives, continuous improvement activities, updates to supporting policies and procedures, and the implementation of the People Capability Framework.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in people capability development in government or industry, intermediate research and analysis skills, intermediate project management skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills, preferably with demonstrated experience in public service, and advanced data management and analysis skills.
We are looking for someone who can travel interstate and intrastate as required and has experience using rapid eLearning authoring tools, graphic design tools, online learning delivery platforms, and SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
