Financial Accounting Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial accounting and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information and analysis to managers and executives.
* Ensure financial data is prepared and summarised consistently with process to support decision making.
* Contribute to the development of knowledge base and skills of finance team members.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to personal development by ensuring training and development is kept up to date and in accordance with continuous professional education requirements.
Key qualifications include:
* An understanding of business from both a financial and operational perspective.
* Problem solving, data analysis and drawing conclusions skills.
* Leadership and management experience in EOM reporting and analysis.
* Continuous improvement experience in key accounting processes including system implementations in ERP, procure to pay, order to cash, variance analysis, online balance sheet reconciliations.
* Finance policies, procedures and processes documentation expertise.
* Budget and forecast process support.
* Compliance and lodgments expertise.
