Boeing Adelaide, South Australia, Australia — Talent Acquisition Specialist 
Location: Adelaide, South Australia. Position Type: Temporary. In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support, design and development, and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world. 
BDA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a designated program of work. This role is based in our Adelaide office, with a hybrid arrangement between office and home. Responsibilities 
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experience 
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processes 
- Coordinate candidate care activities, including proactive sourcing of internal and/or talent pool candidates prior to external advertising 
About You 
This role requires strong solution orientation, a team-first approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role you will have: 
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in internal recruitment 
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels across a matrix organisation 
- Promoting and building a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre candidates available in the market
