A large Insurance organisation is looking for a Delivery Coordinator / PMO professional to support enterprise delivery across risk, data governance and customer advocacy initiatives. This role partners closely with technology and business teams to ensure strong governance, reporting and day-to-day delivery execution.
Your new role
You'll be part of a Data retention and data sharing program that aims to support a centre of excellence focused on deleting unnecessary personal information to protect customer and employee privacy and reduce the risk of data breaches. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivery coordination and PMO support across multiple streams
* Maintain plans, schedules, RAID, reporting and governance artefacts
* Manage PPM/Altius, MS Project resourcing, financial tracking and dashboards
* Track forecast vs actuals and manage to budget
* Prepare SteerCo packs, executive reporting and meeting minutes
* Administer Jira (tickets, roadmaps, dependencies, RAID)
* Coordinate reporting cadence, actions and stakeholder inputs
What you'll need to succeed
* PMO / Delivery support experience in complex environments
* Hands-on experience with PPM/Altius, MS Project and Jira
* Solid finance and resource management capability
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident stakeholder management across business and tech
* Self-starter, highly organised and outcome-focused
What you'll get in return
You'll be offered a 6-month contract with high potential for extension, and a day rate of $ super per day. You'll be working in centrally-located offices in Sydney and have a hybrid schedule, with the opportunity to work from home 2–3 days per week.
