Qualifications
* Exceptional 1‐on‐1 selling skills and outstanding customer service experience.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work across a seven‐day store roster.
Responsibilities
* Create a professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
* Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
* Complete in‐house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures.
* Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
