My client is a leading travel company who have huge growth plans and require a People & Culture Advisor to assist with all things HR, people and administration!
- Develop, own and maintain strong working relationships across a range of departments
- Manage and/or support the recruitment function
- Assist with the administration side of hiring and onboarding all new employees
- Create and distribute internal monthly newsletter and employee recognition and rewards programme certificates
**Experience Required**:
- Previous experience in generalist HR roles or Administration
- Knowledge of employment law to provide accurate advice
- Understanding of relevant HR processes i.e. WHS, employee relations, recruitment
- A can-do attitude, someone who demonstrates resilience and tenacity
- Ability to communicate effectively, engage with and influence stakeholders while building strong relationships
- A track record of solving problems and the ability to work consultatively with others
- Ideally a completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
**The Package**:
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + super is on offer
