Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Before and After School Care service.
You will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Your expertise in staff management and rostering will ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with families and the school community to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed (or close to completion) of relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services)
* Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
* Demonstrated experience in maintaining effective administration and correct documentation in an OSHC service
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
* Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
