Deliver compassionate, recovery‐focused nursing care with the Early Psychosis Integrated Care (EPIC) team at Darling Downs Health. Based in the Darling Downs, this role supports young people and families at a pivotal time, partnering with community services to create hope, stability and long‐term wellbeing in a supportive regional setting.

What Your Day Could Look Like

As a Clinical Nurse within EPIC, you'll play a critical role in supporting young people experiencing early psychosis to reclaim their health, purpose and connection. From providing person‐centred clinical care to working collaboratively with families and partners, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team creating meaningful outcomes for the Darling Downs community.

Every Day, You'll Contribute By

1. Delivering holistic, recovery‐oriented mental health care that promotes safety, choice and independence
2. Building strong therapeutic relationships with consumers and families, supporting them through complex and often vulnerable moments
3. Collaborating across health, primary care and community services to coordinate integrated, timely support
4. Applying clinical judgement, innovation and evidence‐based practice to improve care experiences and outcomes

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

5. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
6. Experience in mental health nursing, ideally with young people or community‐based services
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in early psychosis services, rural or regional practice, and/or postgraduate mental health qualifications.
