Senior eCommerce Acceleration Manager
You will report into a leadership role and drive online sales, market share and profitability across indirect e-commerce partners.
* Leadership & Commercial Partnerships: Build and nurture key partnerships; negotiate terms, promotions and joint-business plans to deliver business objectives.
* Channel Strategy & Planning: Own channel forecasting and 3–5 year strategies; define commercial roadmaps, trade & promotional calendars and priority initiatives.
* Digital Activation & Digital Shelf Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to design O+O campaigns, roll-out digital services and tech innovations; manage digital shelf (stock, content integrity, search & recommendations) and traffic-driving initiatives.
* Performance Insights & Talent Development: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance and tell the story with data to inform stakeholders; lead, coach and develop talent for key accounts.
