As part of the End User Services team, you'll play a vital role supporting clinicians, administrative staff and frontline healthcare workers by ensuring reliable and efficient IT services across multiple hospital and health service locations.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced ICT environment, you'll contribute to technology solutions that directly support patient care and operational excellence. Work across a diverse range of healthcare and pathology environments. Join a supportive, knowledgeable and service-driven ICT team. Access ongoing learning and exposure to emerging technologies. Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and vendors. Contribute to meaningful work that supports patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multiple locations
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device and peripheral issues
* Manage support requests and incidents to meet service level targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service using clear, non-technical communication
* Support equipment deployment, asset management and software compliance

Qualifications and requirements

* Proven experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 8.1 & 10), Apple iOS, a wide range of end user devices/hardware and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune and WorkspaceOne and experience in image deployment, application packaging and package deployment.
* Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a proven customer orientation.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands, meet service level targets and perform well under pressure.
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications and Desktop support experience.
* Knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with incident management and service request management practices.
* An Australian Class C unrestricted driver's licence and be willing to use it for work purposes.
