**Room Attendant Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* General cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds.
* Overseeing the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
* Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Providing on-the-job training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly regarded.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* The ability to work unsupervised and be well-organized.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A police check and the right to work in Australia.
