About the Sales Role
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales position where empathy meets ambition. You'll connect with individuals and community networks to educate and guide them through one of life's most meaningful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build trusted relationships with clients, community groups, and referral partners.
* Guide families through sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
* Generate new business opportunities through events, outreach, and referrals.
* Manage your own sales pipeline and achieve clear sales and service targets.
* Represent the brand with integrity across Victoria.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in consultative or relationship-based sales (B2C preferred).
* Natural empathy, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive national team.
* Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and comfort travelling within a range from Eltham, Greensborough and close surrounding areas.
