Human Resource Officer – Maternity Cover (1 year)
AIC (Australian Islamic College) is a faith-based K‐12 co‐educational school with multiple sites across Western Australia and Adelaide. We are seeking a friendly, experienced, highly organised HR Officer for our busy office. The role is a maternity cover for one year.
Location: The position will commence at Kewdale for the first six weeks and then transition to Forrestdale as the head office relocates in July 2026.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- HR qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR role.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computing skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Fast and accurate typing/keyboard skills.
- Capability to quickly learn and confidently use new databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality, judgment and discretion at all times.
- Willingness to embrace the ethos of the College.
- Working with Children clearance or willingness to obtain it.
