_**Job Title**:_ Subcontractor Group Fitness Instructor
- Location: Southside Weightlifting Club, Logan Inc, QLD Position Type: Subcontractor Remuneration: will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview.

We are seeking a skilled, dynamic Fitness Trainer to join our team on a subcontracted basis. As a subcontractor, you will be dedicated to delivering top-notch service for our Fitness community.
- **Role Overview**:_

The Fitness Trainer will provide high-quality, professional coaching services to clients at Southside Weightlifting Club for group cardio classes only. You will be expected to design tailored training programs, coach members on proper physical fitness movements, and contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the club. While the Fitness Trainer will be operating as an independent subcontractor, they will work under the direction and operational framework of Southside Weightlifting Club. The Fitness Trainer agrees to adhere to Southside Weightlifting Club's established policies, procedures, and brand guidelines while performing their duties, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
- **Club Support and Resources**:_

Southside Weightlifting Club will provide the Fitness Trainer with access to facility, equipment, and the support necessary for them to carry out their duties effectively. The Fitness Trainer is expected to maintain the professional standards and values set by the Club while delivering group sessions.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Club Representation: Uphold the values and reputation of Southside Weightlifting Club by maintaining a professional attitude, punctuality, and high coaching standards.

Group Classes: Lead group training sessions, ensuring all participants receive individual attention and effective coaching to improve form, strength, and fitness levels, and injury prevention.

Program Development: Design and implement group training including strength programs, conditioning routines, mobility work, and recovery strategies.

Safety and Technique: Monitor and correct client technique throughout training to ensure safe, efficient, and effective movement.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, offering motivation, encouragement, and ongoing feedback.

Progress Tracking: Regularly assess clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed to meet their evolving goals.

Professional Development: Stay current with the latest fitness trends, training methodologies, and certifications to continuously improve your skills and services. Class should always start with a warm-up and cool down period.

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday 5.30am & 6.30am & 6pm, Saturday 6am.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:_

Certified Fitness (Level 1 minimum): Current certification
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Fitness Group Training.
Insurance & ABN: As a subcontractor, you will need to have your own public liability insurance and an Australian Business Number (ABN).
Knowledge: A strong understanding of fitness techniques, strength training principles, injury prevention, and fitness program design.
Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, with an ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
First Aid/CPR Certification/Must hold a current Bluecard or willing to obtain.

- **Important Information**:_

Status: As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations, business registration, and insurance. This is not an employee position.
Payment Structure: Payment will be based on an agreed rate per class, payable on a fortnighlty. Specific rates will be discussed during the interview process.
Workplace Health & Safety: You are required to follow all workplace health and safety protocols, including the use of proper equipment and adherence to gym policies and procedures. As part of our agreement, there should be no solicitation or poaching of clients. Trainers must respect the privacy and loyalty of our members, ensuring that all business conducted within the club remain
