We are a growing Australian business specialising in furniture and electric fireplaces. With a modern showroom, warehouse, and multiple online platforms, we are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our office team.
What You'll be doing:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer enquiries
- Respond to customer emails regarding product details, order status, and delivery confirmations
- Assist with product listing checks on e-commerce platforms (ensure products are live, prices accurate, stock levels updated)
- Help with product uploads, price updates, and content maintenance
- Support basic sales reporting and weekly order tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with both phone and in-person customer service
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus
