Asbestos Supervisor - Step Up & Lead the Crew
We're chasing a practical, no-nonsense leader who knows asbestos work and wants to step up. If you're sick of being just "on the tools" and want to run jobs, direct crews, and be the person everyone looks to on site, this is your shot.
You'll run day-to-day operations, keep sites tight and safe, and still jump in when needed. Residential, commercial, industrial, you'll see a bit of everything.
What You'll Be Doing
* Run crews and keep the job moving without chaos
* Oversee setup, containment, and safe removal
* Keep WHS and SafeWork SA standards locked in
* Deal with clients, site managers, and internal teams
* Complete checklists, paperwork, and site reports
* Lead from the front.
What You Need
* Experience leading asbestos or demolition crews
* Supervisor ticket = a bonus
* LR truck licence = a bonus
* White Card (must have)
* Strong WHS awareness
* Someone who communicates well, stays organised, and keeps calm on site
